If your non-profit group, club or organization would like to air an announcement on Froggy 103.7  (it's free), just drop off your information at the station (1500 Diuguid Drive in Murray, KY) fax it to 270-753-9434 or send us an e-mail.  Please send at least 3 weeks in advance. This is VERY important. Events submitted within a day to two (or even three days) of the event have no guarantee of being mentioned!

The inaugural Run for Life 5k will be held on Saturday, May 25th. It starts at 8am at the Life House building at 602 Poplar Street in Murray. Entry is $25 and all proceeds go to benefit the Life House. For more information. contact Stephanie at 270-753-0700.
New Bethel Baptist Church at 405 Mayfield Highway will be hosting vacation bible school June 2nd through June 6th from 6pm to 8:30pm. Agaes are from 2 years old through 5th grade. For more information, call 527-3787.

They are in the fight for one of our own. Gage’s monthly expenses for life sustaining medication, after insurance is currently at almost $800 per month.  As he grows, the expense will grow due to the needed dosages changing.  They understand this is NOT a fix, but they are hoping to allow this firefighter’s family to live a “normal life” even for several months.  They are trying to bring disease awareness to the forefront and create a support group within our communities.
